Placemat Productions proudly announces the release of its latest collaboration – Avec Eric: A Culinary Journey with Eric Ripert (Wiley and Sons, hardcover, 2010).
Placemat founder and creative director Angie Mosier served as photographer and co-writer on the project, which involved on-location shoots in Tuscany, Northern California, the Cayman Islands, Virginia’s Shanendoah Valley and at Le Bernardin, Chef Ripert’s restaurant in New York City.
